Common questions
Do I need infrastructure as code for the fix to work?
No. If you manage AWS by hand today, Paracord can start an infrastructure-as-code repository for you. Each resource we fix is brought under that code, so your first fixes become the start of it. You end up with audit-ready settings and a repo that keeps them that way.
Who actually applies the change?
The fix arrives as a pull request in your own repository, and someone on your team reviews and merges it. If a change looks complex or risky, you can add an expert to take it on for a fixed fee.
